As a Head of Marketing, you will

  • Lead, coach and motivate Marketing Team;
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategy, and manage localisations in collaborating with the PR agency;
  • Lead the localisation of cross-border branding campaigns and ensure all local product marketing campaigns align with brand strategy;
  • Build and grow the Inbank brand in Lithuania based on group brand strategy;
  • Manage the marketing budget;
  • Perform analysis on marketing strategy effectiveness.
  • Execute sponsorship and CSR activities;
  • Develop and maintain a consistent tone, identity, design direction for all brand products across all touchpoints;
  • Support HR team with various employer brand-related projects.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing management;
  • Experience in working with PR, creative and digital agencies;
  • Fluency in social media, including content management;
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to take ownership of projects assigned;
  • Flexibility in taking on new challenges and responsibilities;
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian, desire to work in an international environment including travelling for work.
