We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring across Product, Software Engineering, and Analytics roles. As a full owner of the Technology vertical within the team, you will implement best practices, use data to improve them in real time, and drive change when needed. This is a greenfield role, meaning there is loads of interesting work to do, and an exciting time to join because you get to be part of shaping the recruitment function together with members of the recruitment team.
What will you be doing?
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop a hiring strategy that meets their business objectives.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
Develop a deep understanding of the Product, Software Engineering, and Analytics landscape to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline.
Proactively source passive candidates through various channels and build a network of talent.
Use data to drive insights and improve recruitment processes, such as pipeline conversion rates, time to fill, and candidate experience.
Be an advocate for diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process.
Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our culture, values, and mission to prospective candidates.
Job requirements
In order to be successful in the role, you ideally have the following experience:;
At least 4 years of recruitment experience whereas 1 of those years was with a focus on Product, Software Engineering, and Analytics roles.
Experience hiring internationally across different markets, you know your acceptance rates and total amount of hires
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market
Ability to develop a deep understanding of the business and its culture to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, aside from Polish.
Comfortable using data and analytics to drive insights and improve recruitment processes.
Passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, ideally with the numbers to back this up
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
